Olle's role:

Representative in project steering groups and industry association boards.

The challenge:

Identify, evaluate and prioritize a variety of interesting project options, as well as timing to engage relevant internal stakeholder and deliverables owners in the project commitment. 

Understand the drivers and needs of other project partners.

Identify and remove barriers to commercial scale-up of verified and relevant project deliverables.

The solution:

Actively network in innovation arenas in Sweden and Singapore (e.g. with Lindholmen Science Park, Kista Science City, Drive Sweden, Closer, etc.

Integrate with internal product owners, decision forums and resource owners.

Results (examples): 

Larger number of projects implemented with a wide range of stakeholders in the transport sector, on themes such as:

- Scaling up charging infrastructure for passenger cars with digitalization.

- Data sharing for the dissemination of traffic warnings in road traffic.

- Electrification and digitalization of urban bus routes.

- Data sharing in global logistics chains.

- Electrification and digitalization for fossil-free heavy road transport.

- Digitalization for the development of new mobility services in dense cities.
